Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experienceAre you an experienced Interior Documenter/Designer with a passion for residential design and a knack for detail? We’re working with a design-focused studio that needs support across several key projects, and they’re looking for a reliable, contract-based Documenter to jump in and hit the ground running.About the Role:You’ll be joining a mid-sized, collaborative team of designers and architects working on a diverse mix of residential and multi-residential developments. The studio has a healthy pipeline of projects and needs extra documentation support during this busy period.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and high-quality documentation packages in Revit
- Work closely with designers and architects to deliver detailed drawings across all project stages
- Contribute to documentation for town planning, tender, and construction
- Ensure all documentation meets building codes and standards
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar interior documentation role
- Strong Revit and AutoCad skills (must be confident working independently)
- Proven experience working on residential or multi-residential projects
- Solid understanding of BCA/NCC and local codes
- Available to start within the next week
- Work with a friendly, down-to-earth team who value quality and design integrity
- Exposure to a variety of residential project types
- Flexibility with hybrid working arrangements possible
- Opportunity to extend beyond the initial contract
