- Have a bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
- Be adept at translating HR and organisational theory into pragmatic, fit for purpose, practice.
- Have analytical and commercial skills to identify insights and actions from people and business metrics and engagement results.
- Thrive on complexity, ambiguity, and be able to multi-task.
- Have a systems lens, able to see how the separate elements fit together within HR and across the wider organisation and work effectively as a member of virtual functional and cross-functional teams.
- Be able to focus on priorities, using sound judgement to determine where to apply your efforts for greatest impact.
- Be adaptable and able to work in an environment that has periods of high activity (fast paced) and competing demands.
