From excavators and bulldozers to cranes and loaders, we have a wide selection of well-maintained, reliable machinery to support your construction and industrial projects.The RoleYou will be responsible for :We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to assist our accounting department in various tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures. This is a part-time, fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.Responsibilities: * Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing payments.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by entering data into accounting software.
Prepare and maintain various financial reports and documents as required.
Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Handle other administrative tasks related to accounting and finance as assigned.

Ideal Profile * Proven experience as an accounting clerk or similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related field is a plus.
Availability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule.
