We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Rear Lift Driver to join our waste management client’s team in Campbellfield. This role involves operating a rear lift vehicle for organics collection runs, ensuring safe and efficient waste collection in accordance with company and safety standards.Key Responsibilities

Operate a rear lift truck for scheduled organics runs
Safely load and unload organic waste materials
Complete pre-start vehicle checks and report faults
Follow company procedures and road safety regulations at all times
Maintain accurate run sheets and documentation

Requirements

Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) licence
Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating rear lift trucks or similar vehicles
Ability to start early (3:00 AM shifts)
Physically fit – ability to lift and move loads up to 50kg
Strong awareness of safety and manual handling procedures
Reliable and self-motivated with strong communication skills

Desirable

Previous experience in the waste management industry
Forklift licence (advantageous)
Basic mechanical knowledge or experience with vehicle maintenance
