This role is pivotal in maintaining high service standards and driving business growth through effective communication and coordination.Functions and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying opportunities to expand services and secure additional business.
- Lead Qualification & Appointment Booking - Evaluate incoming enquiries, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for Moving Sales Consultants using AMOS.
- Survey Coordination - Ensure in-home surveys are conducted promptly and outcomes are delivered efficiently to support relocation planning.
- Quote Preparation - Prepare accurate and timely quotes for relocation services, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company relocation policies.
- Relocation Process Coordination - Manage end-to-end logistics for household and personal effects movements, including notifications to all stakeholders and individual relocates.
- Issue Reporting - Identify and report real or potential problems, as well as unsatisfactory practices, to management for resolution.
- Diary Management - Maintain the diary of in-home sales consultants to optimize weekly survey targets and resource allocation.
- KPI Compliance - Meet internal performance metrics by ensuring client enquiries and internal stakeholders are responded to within 24 hours.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in quoting, client relationship management, or relocation services preferred.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and CRM systems (e.g., AMOS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
