- Provide critical day-to-day support to the Director of Field Development and ANZ Sales team to enable excellence in execution
- Manage logistics for national and regional sales calls, training sessions, and online touchpoints
- Prepare and polish impactful presentation materials, sales decks, and internal communications
- Leverage project management tools (e.g. Asana) to align global deliverables with local timelines and market expectations
- Act as the go-to contact for scheduling, team coordination, and cross-functional alignment
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of sales promotions and field campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate toolkits, key messaging, timelines, and post-campaign reviews
- Ensure promotional materials are delivered to market accurately and consistently
- Provide basic email campaign support – liaise with IT to ensure subscriber databases are current and well maintained
- Own the tracking of key milestones: new ranks, achievements, incentives, and leadership development
- Develop compelling recognition touchpoints – from celebration posts and digital assets to reward logistics and gifting
- Support a warm, timely, and proactive response to field enquiries, nurturing strong relationships and field trust
- Assist in compiling performance dashboards, sales reports, and campaign metrics that drive strategic insight
- Maintain leaderboards and growth trackers to foster healthy field momentum
- Opportunity to upskill in data storytelling and help translate numbers into actionable recommendations
- Coordinate logistics for local events, incentive trips, meet-ups, and Brand Partner activations
- Assist with pre-event planning, on-site support, and post-event wrap-up including follow-up comms and feedback analysis
- Ensure our recognition and engagement efforts show up as elevated, professional, and brand-enhancing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, event management or commercial administration (network marketing/direct selling industry experience highly valued).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Asana and Canva.
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and driven by quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Creative and confident communicator with polished written skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams and time zones
- A natural problem-solver who takes initiative and thrives in dynamic, high-touch environments
- Growth-oriented with aspirations to expand into account management, sales operations, or field development
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
