Specialist Family Law Firm in the Brisbane CBD seeks a Family Law Paralegal to join their growing team.The RoleAs a Family Law Paralegal, you will work with 2 family lawyers. Working with a private client base, your duties will include:

drafting and editing legal documents and correspondence
preparing briefs to Counsel
liaising with the Family Law Court
online searches
managing diaries, emails and appointments for the team
organising mediation
liaising with clients
handling billing processes
occasional dictaphone typing
electronic filing

YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have a minimum 12 months experience as a paralegal in a law firm, preferably in family law. Legal assistants with family law experience are also encouraged to apply. As you will be meeting with clients you will be professionally presented.The Firm/ SalaryWell-established boutique Family Law Firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Total staff of 15.
