In return, you'll be supported to bring your own ideas to the table and challenge conventions - with the aim of making life a little brighter, simpler and better for our customers and each other.About the role:This is a unique permanent opportunity for a Senior BA with experience across Commericial claims platforms, risk management and regulatory compliance.There are several roles available covering various work streams such as Supplier Management, Business Continuity, Critical Operations, Control Automation and Privacy so previous experience working in these areas along with governance and org change would be highly advantageous.You will have the opportunity to join our large Analysis Chapter that supports a variety of medium to large scale programs across the Suncorp Group. The Chapter consists of around 290 like-minded analysts, where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing. You will support projects being delivered in a continuous delivery model (Agile) as well as initiatives using traditional project delivery models.Suncorp is proud of our fantastic culture where you will be supported in your career development.What you'll do:

Work closely with squad / project members, including but not limited to Delivery lead, Scrum Master, Developers, Tech Leads, and Business stakeholders to run workshops; identify, capture, plan, document and deliver business requirements
Create detailed user stories to support delivery.
Document current and future state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work collaboratively with delivery teams and business stakeholders to validate business requirements and develop recommendations and solutions that meet business and customer needs.
Raise, and support mitigation and resolution of, risks and issues using established tools and frameworks were applicable.
Suncorp offers a hybrid way of working where you will be expected to be in the office approx. 2 days per week.

What you'll bring:

Minimum 4 years' senior business analysis experience within Risk and/or Compliance from a large organisation; experience in Business Continuity, Critical Operations, Supplier Management, Control Automation or Privacy from a risk standpoint would be highly regarded
Lead or supported commercial insurance initiatives on a transformational or incremental basis
Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders involved in supplier management across Suncorp Group
Requirements Gathering: Proficiency in eliciting, analysing, and documenting requirements related to supplier management processes including ongoing performance and compliance with APRA CPS230.
Process Mapping: Skill in mapping current and future state business processes involved in supplier management to support any organisational change, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Change Management awareness: Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies to support the Change Manager to effectively plan and implement organisational changes related to supplier management.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data related to supplier performance, compliance, and risk to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas and requirements to diverse stakeholders and facilitate effective collaboration.
