Remuneration: $67,589 - $72,033Role Details:Join us at the Department for Child Protection across various locations as we expand our team with dedicated professionals committed to providing high-quality support services that help protect and strengthen children, families, and communities.We’re seeking skilled Senior Business Support Officers to provide efficient, effective, and comprehensive administrative services across human resources, payroll, finance, and general administration to support the Directorate. Multiple positions are available in the Adelaide CBD and Morphett Vale, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a dynamic environment.In this role, you will:
- Provide a wide range of administrative support relating to human resources, including maintaining files, staff audits and supporting recruitment and selection processes.
- Monitor and process payroll data in a 24/7 shift environment (where required), ensuring accuracy in line with industrial instruments, roster records and entitlements.
- Deliver effective administrative support within the Directorate by providing leadership, training, and allocating tasks to ASO2 staff members.
- Manage purchasing and reimbursement requirements for staff in line with approved guidelines, liaising with Corporate and Financial Services as needed.
- Provide financial support to the Business Manager, including invoicing, assisting with approvals and contributing to monthly management reporting.
