Add two to three days working from home, flexible hours, and leaders who genuinely value their people.They’re now seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from SMEs and HNWIs to legal, medical, and real estate professionals. This is your chance to step into a role where you will review work, finalise financials, build lasting client relationships, and make your mark as a trusted adviser while kick-starting your leadership journey.Some of your key responsibilities as Senior Accountant will include:

Managing an exciting portfolio of clients
Delegating and reviewing annual compliance (financial statements, tax reconciliations, and income tax returns), along with supporting work papers for various entities
Managing and reviewing the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, and payroll tax returns
Liaising directly with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality service
Providing guidance, feedback, and training to junior team members

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will:

Be CA/CPA qualified, or currently undertaking the qualification
Have a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a reputable public practice firm
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across tax legislation and accounting standards
Be passionate about mentoring and enjoy working collaboratively with junior team members
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
