Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced EL1 Project Manager to join our Federal Government Client. This role will oversee the implementation of Strategic Plan, ensuring all project goals and timeframes are met. This is a 12-month full-time temporary position based in Sydney CBD.About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of the Strategic Plan across the agency
Conduct scoping and gap analysis of current planning reporting processes
Ensure alignment across branch planning activities and facilitate change management
Design and implement mechanisms to track progress, report on risks, and communicate key milestones to stakeholders
Oversee contract management of consultancy services

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and prioritise project objectives
Proven experience in project management and strategic planning at the EL1 level
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Demonstrated experience in contract management and Commonwealth procurement practices
