In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and operational excellence across national contracts, with a strong focus on automation, compliance, and continuous improvement. As the primary client contact, you'll drive business growth, optimise resources, and lead high-performing teams while upholding Linfox's values. Key Areas:

Lead financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and profitability analysis.
Drive business development by expanding services, preparing proposals, and strengthening client partnerships.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements, and champion continuous improvement.
Oversee HR, IR, and people leadership, ensuring teams are trained, engaged, and supported.
Promote a positive safety culture and ensure all safety and wellbeing standards are met.
Act as the key contact for clients, resolving issues, participating in reviews, and delivering on service benchmarks.

Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site contracts in logistics or business management.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive business growth.
Experience in HR/IR management and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
A degree in business management, accounting, economics, or similar (MBA desirable).
Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Resilience, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
