
Retail Operations Coordinator

- Accurately process inventory adjustments, transfers, and corrections
- Maintain clean, reliable data in retail systems by identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Support stocktake preparation and execution, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Review and reconcile daily store cash reports, investigating and escalating variances
- Monitor compliance with cash handling, discounting, and refund policies
- Audit transaction records to flag any anomalies for further follow-up
- Manage travel bookings for store visits and training activities
- Maintain up-to-date store contact lists, keyholder details, and communication groups
- Coordinate distribution of monthly store consumables and supplies
- Provide general administrative support across reporting, scheduling, and document management
- Assist with training materials and act as the first point of contact for operational queries from stores
- Previous experience in retail administration, operations coordination, or inventory management (multi-site environment preferred)
- Solid understanding of cash handling, reconciliation, and discount/refund protocols
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with retail POS/inventory systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
