The RoleWe are searching for a Relief Property Manager to provide vital support to our team. You'll cover portfolios while our Property Managers are on leave or when portfolios are vacant.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want a role that offers variety, autonomy, and the support of a collaborative team - this could be for you!Our One Team ethos ensures we work together to achieve success, and we'll support you with training, mentoring, and the resources you need to do your best work.A Day In the LifeAs a Relief Property Manager, you'll step in and take ownership of portfolios across our network, ensuring clients receive the best service at all times. You will:

Take ownership of vacant properties - no leasing or routines required!
Build strong relationships with tenants and owners
Maintain KPIs and provide exceptional customer service
Ensure compliance and accurate documentation
Work with a team that values flexibility, fun, and professionalism

The Successful CandidateYou'll bring:

Previous property management experience
Current Agent's Representative Certificate/Certificate of Registration
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A customer-first mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
