Your RoleThis isn't just a Coordination role, it's your chance to work on a legacy. As Program Coordinator - Vinnies Service Medallion, you'll work on the design, implementation, and expansion of a unique multi-year formation program for high school students across NSW. You'll work closely with schools, dioceses and education networks to deliver an exciting program that inspires young people to actively contribute to their community and engage meaningfully with Vinnies' mission. From working on the curriculum to evaluating outcomes, your work will ensure the Service Medallion becomes the statewide benchmark for youth engagement.Your Responsibility
  • Work on the rollout and growth of the Vinnies Service Medallion across NSW.
  • Design frameworks to monitor and measure program success.
  • Align the program with NSW secondary curriculum and safeguarding standards.
  • Champion the program through marketing, presentations and public speaking.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with schools, dioceses and other stakeholders.
  • Map and connect students to meaningful volunteer opportunities.
  • Support broader youth engagement strategies and organisational goals.
You Will Need
  • Tertiary qualifications in Education, Social Sciences or a related field.
  • An understanding of the education system and curriculum alignment.
  • Skills in research, evaluation and data analysis.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications and public speaking.
  • Excellent project management and relationship building skills.
  • High level digital literacy for content creation and online engagement.
