In this outbound-focused B2B sales role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, supported by warm leads generated through marketing efforts and trade show exposure.What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect, qualify and engage new leads via outbound calls, emails & inbound inquiries
- Own the sales cycle from discovery through to close
- Run compelling online demos and occasional in-person presentations
- Attend trade shows to build pipeline and brand presence
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot and maintain accurate records
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve targets.
- Collaborate closely with onboarding teams to ensure seamless handover
- Share client feedback with marketing & product to help shape the customer experience
- 2–3+ years in B2B sales
- Strong relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated, goal-driven and highly organised
- A passion for the automotive industry is a big plus
- Comfortable running demos and using tools like Zoom, HubSpot, RingCentral
- Ability to understand business pain points and propose tailored solutions
- Confident negotiating with decision-makers and closing deals
