Fuse Recruitment are seeking an experienced Store Person for a Temp to Perm role located in Greenacre. Day shift, Monday to Friday Permanent role paying $44 p/hr+ Super whilst working as a temp and then converting to $70k + Super as a Permanent employee.
Our client is also prepared to pay for you to complete your HR truck drivers license once you transition to a permanent employee and pass probation!The Client:

  • Permanent salary of $70k + super after transitioning to Perm from the Temp position

The Role: Store Person
Reporting into the Warehouse Supervisor your role will see you completing all-rounder store person with duties ranging from High reach and counter balance forklift operation, to pick packing, receiving and despatch and palletising of goods.
You will also utilise the company Van to complete occasional local delivery and pickups of materials to and from suppliers such as Bunnings.After your transition to a permanent employee and complete your 6 month probation our client will fully pay for you to sit and complete your HR Truck drivers license! This will enable you to assist in local HR deliveries and pickups of materials.Store Person dutiesHigh Reach forklift

  • Double deep picking
  • Picking orders
  • Replenishments and put aways
  • Consolidations
Counter Balance forklift:
  • Loading and unloading of trucks and containers
  • Moving palletised goods to production lines
  • Receiving, Despatchduties
  • Receiving goods and marking stock off per delivery sheets
  • Despatching goods and marking stock off for delivery per customer invoices
  • Unpacking goods and allocating into racking
Manual Handling duties:
  • RF Scanning of stock
  • Pick packing of customer orders
  • Internal stock deliveries to the warehouse and manufacturing departments
  • Assisting in assembling of products when required
  • Stock take, inventory and cycle counts
  • Quality assurance checks of products before being despatched to customers
  • Palletising stock
Shift Available:
Day:
  • 7am – 3pm
  • Monday to Friday
The Candidate:
You will be willing to complete warehouse duties both on and off of the forklift. You will be a team player with a proactive work ethic. You will also be willing to complete local van deliveries of stock as well as local pick ups of stock.To be successful in obtaining this role you will also have the following experience:
  • Minimum C Class drivers License
  • Valed LF Forklift license
  • High Reach Forklift experience up to 5 racks high
  • Counter balance forklift experience loading and unloading trucks and containers
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • 2+ years Counter Balance forklift operating experience
  • Receiving and Despatch
  • RF Scanning experience
  • Pick packing and Palletising stock
  • Computer knowledge for data entry of stock amounts and customer invoices such as SAP or relevant WMS systems
  • Shrink wrapping (Both manual and machine operated)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent WHS knowledge
Advantageous:
  • Holding your MR or HR Truck license
