Leading by example with safety and operational excellence

What you'll bring:

Proven leadership and people management skills in a retail or high-volume sales environment
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on business results
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
A personal interest in sport or an active lifestyle - nice to have, but not essential
