Our client is a well known and highly reputable business that continues to grow on a national scale, that is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Receivable officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to:
- Daily banking and bank reconciliations
- Generating and issuing of invoices for clients
- Collection calls and emails
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting in the setting up of payment plans
- Credit applications
- Any other ad hoc accounts duties
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however will not be exclusive to:
- Will have prior experience in the accounts receivable space
- Strong ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work within a team environment
- High attention to detail
- Has prior experience with work in the construction industry
