
Accounts Receivable Officer

- Manage overdue accounts and process incoming payments
- Review and process debtor write-offs, credit notes and small balance adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activities
- Issue monthly statements and manage follow-up actions
- Prepare reports on collections and outstanding balances
- Liaise with partners, legal professionals and secretarial teams to resolve account issues
- Contribute to continuous improvements across finance processes
- Experience in accounts receivable or finance support in a corporate or professional services setting
- Previous exposure to legal or similar environments is strongly preferred
- Professional communication skills and client service focus
- High level of accuracy and organisation
- Confident using Microsoft Office; knowledge of Aderant Expert is a bonus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
