With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an experienced Senior CA to join their expert team and contribute to the ongoing success of their projects.The RoleAs a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be a key member of the project delivery team, responsible for managing and administering contracts across all phases of construction projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, site teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure contractual, financial, and compliance obligations are met while maintaining strong supplier and subcontractor relationships.You will also be responsible for:
  • Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
  • Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
  • Monthly budget management and reporting
Experience/Qualifications Required
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
  • A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 5+ yrs with experience delivering commercial build projects up to $100m in Australia essential
  • An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Strong tenure is a must
