Network Operations Specialist

• Monitor and manage live transport network KPIs, ensuring on-time and reliable service.
• Provide real-time support to drivers during incidents and emergencies.
• Collaborate with depots to adjust operations in response to disruptions.
• Record and escalate incidents and maintain accurate system documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including emergency services and authorities, when required.
• 38hrs a week, roster will rotate which will include some weekends.

• Experience in monitoring transport networks with strong attention to detail.
