In addition, you will be involved in:

Work with a high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive profitability and performance through their business operations.
Led the implementation of process mining initiatives to uncover insights, diagnose inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance for banking clients.
Analyzed data from client processes to identify improvement opportunities, leveraging advanced process mining technologies and methodologies.
Provided expertise on process improvement, guiding clients in adopting and optimizing new practices for enhanced efficiency.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and consistent delivery of high-quality results.
Supported business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and nurturing client relationships within the banking and financial services industries.

In response to market demands for critical thinkers who can solve complex business problems, and our team is growing rapidly.Our clients face challenges that range from transformation in response to market conditions through to disruption from technology advances such as AI, Automation and Process Mining that enable us to overhaul the customer experience and the efficiencies that can be gained from operations.Enough about us, let's talk about you.In response to strong client demand for our services we are currently seeking an experienced Manager with extensive advisory and transformation/change experience in the financial services and banking industry.Ideally you will also have the following:

Over 6+ years in a strategy operations consulting role at a leading professional services firm or FSI organisation.
Relevant experience working within or consulting for the banking or insurance sectors.
Led the implementation of process mining initiatives to uncover insights, diagnose inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance.
Proficiency in process mining techniques, tools, and technologies.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly and actionably to senior stakeholders.
Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of complex program management and the ability to manage multiple work streams in an agile manner and a diverse group of stakeholders through a sustainable change program.
