
Operations Finance Director

- Serve as primary financial business partner to the Operations team to include Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Information Technology.
- Play a key role within the Finance & Accounting (FACT) leadership team and contribute to its growth & development, focusing on the people, processes, and tools necessary to build a world-class FACT organization with a culture of belonging and continuous professional development.
- Lead and develop on-site plant controllers who manage plant level financial analysis, performance improvement, and process leadership.
- Own operating expense planning & forecasting for the Operations team.
- Lead financial analysis and drive continuous improvement/productivity in reporting for Operations Performance Reviews and functionally for Enterprise Performance Reviews, Strategic & Annual Operating Plans, and the ongoing Forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning processes.
- Manage Capital (CapEx) planning, forecasting, project tracking, analysis, and reporting. Work with the Strategic Finance Team to develop processes to ensure strong fiduciary cash management; Provide business case support, financial modeling, and ROI analysis for new capital investments.
- Provide financial support for operational financial performance improvement opportunities, contracting processes, COGS & headcount management, and other ad hoc operational analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal constituents and external partners to provide excellent communication, planning, consulting, and expertise.
- Work cross functionally to create and implement financial plans with the leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance – MBA preferred
- 8 – 10 years of relevant finance experience in manufacturing environment including 3-5 years of experience as Site Controller, Finance Director, or Manager with managerial responsibilities
- Exposure and expertise across manufacturing P&L with experience to include cost accounting of materials, labor & overhead, transportation & distribution network analysis, direct and indirect procurement, developing insights into variances, performance improvement, process transformation, and change management
- Experience using and preferably implementing an ERP system (Sage, SAP, etc.); experience with CPM (corporate performance management) systems. Familiarity with accounting standards
