- Comprehensive Knowledge of Process & Packaging engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, or Supply Chain
- 5+ years of Manufacturing Experience, CPG / Beverage preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Develop & Execute Design to Value strategies with cross-functional teams
- Lead productivity initiatives across the enterprise across the value chain, increasing efficiency & reducing cost.
- Deliver Measurable Profit & Continuous Improvement Impact
- Coach associates leading DTV initiatives
