Employment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWork Location: BrisbaneAs a Sales Executive - Internal, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting CMA CGM Group's services and value-added solutions.The role and responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers to achieve sales targets.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across import and export markets.
- Promoting CMA CGM Group services and value-added solutions (e-commerce, intermodal, CEVA).
- Conducting regular client calls and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
- Supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and sales action plans.
- Monitoring competitor activity and providing insights to the State Manager.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics, ideally in sales or customer service.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in negotiations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
