- Optimise website user journeys and ensure seamless accessibility, usability, and branding.
- Lead campaign and promotion setup, testing, and execution across global and ANZ sites.
- Drive website optimisation initiatives including SEO, CRO, and A/B testing.
- Own website operations, content, catalogues, and functionality across Penfolds.com and CellarDoor.co.
- Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, and IT to deliver features, reports, and new digital solutions.
- Oversee multi-language translation and localisation to deliver a premium global experience
- Manage an experienced team of three
- Proven track record in managing global websites across multiple regions and languages
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, GA4, and Power BI
- Skilled in A/B testing, CRO, SEO best practice, and technical web fundamentals (HTML/CSS)
- Strong project management and collaboration skills, with experience leading teams
- Clear communicator, able to translate complex digital topics for diverse audiences
