- Prepare high-quality tender and quotation documentation for building projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Use estimating software to produce consistent and accurate client quotations.
- Assess and prepare precise estimates, quotations, and project trade packages, including material lists and construction programs.
- Contribute to the research and development of best practices in estimating, costing, and contract administration.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to enhance service delivery and achieve cost efficiencies.
- Proven experience in an Estimator role, preferably within the building/construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate cost estimates and quotations.
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
