This role will shape how consumers interact with our brands online, driving engagement, conversion, and loyalty through best-in-class digital experiences.Optimise website user journeys and ensure seamless accessibility, usability, and branding.Lead campaign and promotion setup, testing, and execution across global and ANZ sites.Drive website optimisation initiatives including SEO, CRO, and A/B testing.Own website operations, content, catalogues, and functionality across Penfolds.com and CellarDoor.co.Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, and IT to deliver features, reports, and new digital solutions.Oversee multi-language translation and localisation to deliver a premium global experienceManage an experienced team of threeAbout youYou're a digital specialist with proven experience in managing eCommerce platforms and leading website optimisation across global markets.
