They operate in multiple locations worldwide, providing their clients with comprehensive and tailored solutions.About the role:Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Manager to lead IAM projects and initiatives.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with some experience planning, executing, and overseeing IAM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement of our IAM posture.Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions, such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
Knowledge of identity governance, administration, and analytics.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple IAM projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units.
Align IAM initiatives with business objectives and industry best practices.
Stay updated on the latest IAM trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within projects and the overall organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, security professionals, and business unit leaders.
Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to various audiences, both technical and non-technical.
Manage relationships with IAM technology vendors and service providers.
Prepare and present regular project status reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate

Minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex IAM projects.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana).
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and risk management principles.
