
Project Manager - Cyber IAM

- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions, such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of identity governance, administration, and analytics.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Lead and manage multiple IAM projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units.
- Align IAM initiatives with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest IAM trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within projects and the overall organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, security professionals, and business unit leaders.
- Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to various audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Manage relationships with IAM technology vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IAM projects.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and risk management principles.
