We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead an organisation's Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation project. As the Change Manager you will be responsible for driving change adoption, mitigating resistance, and ensuring a successful transition to the new IAM solution.Experience needed:

Demonstrated experience in change management, within in a technology or IAM-specific role.
Proven track record of successfully managing change in large-scale projects or organisational transformations.
Experience working with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter).
Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Microsoft Project).
Knowledge of identity and access management principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, and COBIT).
