From concept to completion, they offer a unique and integrated service that sets them apart in the construction industry.About The OpportunityAs a key member of the estimating team, the successful candidate must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit, using the software daily for tailored cost analysis and modelling of complex architectural stair systems to provide detailed and accurate cost analysis for architectural stair projects. This role plays a critical part in the success of commercial fit-outs, working closely with designers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, some responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates
Ensuring alignment between models, estimates, and project specifications
Managing estimates and quote creation using dedicated estimating software
Performing in-depth cost analysis to support project bidding and supplier selection
Creating, modifying, and managing complex Revit models for accurate cost estimation and fabrication coordination

About YouThe ideal candidate will have:

A qualification in building and construction or a related field
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to interpret and adapt Revit models for estimating and fabrication purposes
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Estimator, ideally in construction or commercial fit-outs
Advanced Revit skills are essential, including the ability to work independently in Revit for detailed modelling, estimation, and fabrication purposes
