This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a high-risk environment.Key responsibilities include:Driving construction execution, progress, and safety across SMP works.Acting as focal point between engineering, subcontractors, and vendors.Overseeing constructability reviews, planning, and scheduling.Providing technical guidance and problem-solving support onsite.Supporting cost, schedule, and quality control to ensure on-time delivery.About YouDegree qualification or trade background with extensive construction leadership experience.Strong SMP construction profile, ideally with commissioning exposure.Proven background in onshore plant construction within oil & gas or heavy industry.Ability to thrive in remote FIFO environments and drive accountability across diverse teams.Minimum 15 years’ experience in oil & gas or energy projects, with at least 10 focused on construction engineering.The DetailsContract Duration: Until the end of 2025Roster: 2:1 FIFO from Perth (11-hour site days)Start: ASAP – office induction in Perth prior to mobilisationTSS Group.TSS is a labour hire and recruitment consultancy focused on the resources and energy sectors.
