- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from screening through to offer management
- Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies, including proactive sourcing and building strong talent pipelines
- Coach and mentor stakeholders and team members
- Provide reporting and analytics to support decision-making
- Lead and support talent acquisition projects and capability development
- Proven experience in recruitment within professional services or financial services
- Expertise in proactive sourcing and use of AI tools
- Familiarity with ATS and candidate management systems
- Understanding of compliance and talent acquisition fundamentals
- Experience in EVP and TA marketing campaigns (highly regarded)
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
