- Join the Enterprise Business Support Team and collaborate with the network nationally,
- Provide high-level executive support to several Partners,
- Proactively manage workflow including proactive diary and inbox management, organising internal and client meetings, arranging travel & preparing documents on behalf of the Partners.
- Greet and build relationships with clients, providing a positive KPMG experience, including managing client meeting rooms and bookings.
- Assist with business development initiatives by contacting target clients on behalf of Partners.
- Manage strong professional relationships to senior internal and external stakeholders and their EAs.
- Organise, manage, and run internal and external events.
- Manage systems to ensure up to date versions.
- IT co-ordination and assistance.
- 2-3 years' experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant position
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrating confidence, strong personal presentation skills and the ability to liaise at executive levels
- A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and proactive
- Intermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, with other skills also considered favourably
