About the RoleThe University of Wollongong (UOW) is seeking a Level 5 Exams Operations Officer to join our dynamic Exams Team. As an Exams Operations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting final exam activities across UOW's Australian campuses. Reporting to the Exams Operations Manager, you'll ensure exams are delivered on time, within policy, and with a strong focus on student experience and operational excellence.What You'll Do
  • Coordinate in-person and online final exams across multiple venues.
  • Liaise with faculties, students, and stakeholders to resolve complex exam issues.
  • Assist with implementing reasonable adjustments for students with approved Access Plans, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Maintain and improve exam procedures and documentation.
  • Support exam systems and contribute to process improvements.
  • Occasionally supervise casual staff during peak periods.
