1.Participate in the planning and design of TikTok LIVE products, with a focus on interactive features, content ecosystem, and user experience optimization, aiming to enhance the live streaming experience for global users;
2.Stay up to date with global content trends and user behavior differences, and assist the team in analyzing user needs and supporting product strategy;
3.Support the development and refinement of data monitoring systems, and take part in user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data analysis to inform product decisions;
4.Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth product development and high-quality delivery;
5.Collect and analyze post-launch user feedback and product data, participate in product reviews, and contribute to continuous product improvement and iteration.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in any major, with a strong interest in live streaming, content platforms, or internet products;
2.Familiarity with mainstream content platforms;
3.Strong logical thinking and product sensitivity, with a passion for observing user behavior and turning insights into product ideas;
4.Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset;
5.Proficiency in English for working in a global environment.Preferred Qualifications:
1.Experience as a content creator on social or video platforms is a plus;
