- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges.
- Analyse dealer performance and market data to deliver ROI-driven insights and solutions.
- Demonstrate and support best practice use of the carsales product suite.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and customer success.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipelines, and support revenue and retention targets.
- Respond to dealer queries, identify training needs, and support product adoption
- Demonstrated success in either a phone-based sales, customer service or account management consistently meeting targets.
- Exemplary and professional communication
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings
- Results-oriented mindset focused on customer outcomes and business goals
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce a bonus.
