- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team across varying levels of experience.
- Set and drive clear goals, KPIs, and team strategy in line with Opus' ambitious growth plans.
- Manage performance and handle any challenges with fairness and confidence.
- Develop and execute a clear business plan for market growth and team success.
- Personally manage and expand key client and candidate relationships.
- Actively support your team in business development, pitches, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with other Team Managers and senior leadership across the business.
- Represent Opus at industry events and senior-level client meetings.
- Be accountable for your team's revenue, profitability, and headcount growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Strong billing background in recruitment, ideally with leadership experience.
- A proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire consultants to hit and exceed targets.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- A collaborative, proactive leadership style.
- Confidence in managing performance and driving growth.
- A passion for recruitment and delivering results at scale.

- Up to 40% commission with no threshold or cap on earnings
