Join a well-established and respected business that's been feeding Aussies for over 60 years +, supplying 100+ different types of seeds that end up in kitchens nationwide. Based in Smithfield, this privately owned company combines warehouse and office operations and is now looking for someone to support their Import/Export function during a critical 4-week period (with strong potential to go perm!).The Role:

Manage documentation and admin for international and domestic seed shipments (mostly import - around 90%)
Coordinate with quarantine for clearance and bonded storage
Work closely with warehouse and office teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
No fancy systems, just someone confident with Excel-style admin and understands the import/export flow

What They're Looking For:

Someone with import/export exposure who can hit the ground running
A common-sense operator who can handle end-to-end logistics and liaise with quarantine where needed
Immediate availability (ASAP start!)
Bonus if you've worked with bonded goods or basic quarantine sign-off processes

Location: Smithfield - warehouse & office based
Rate: $40K + Super P/H
Contract: 4 weeks temp to start - strong potential to go perm
