
Financial Accountant

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work alongside Senior Accountants as the Accountant and be entrusted with:
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting results and management reporting
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare annual estimates and adjustments; manage approvals and respond to queries
- Compile information for audits (statutory and trust)
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes and related reporting
- Deliver variance analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly reports
- Identify and implement improvements in month-end reporting
- Drive process improvements and challenge existing practices
- CA/CPA qualified or currently completing certification
- Experienced in end-to-end month-end processes
- Skilled at collaborating with a range of non-financial stakeholders across the business
- High system proficiency - exposure to various systems and large dataset
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Work with a knowledgeable manager who will help develop your existing skills
