Bar Team Leader

- Supervise daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and mentor new and existing team members
- Monitor stock levels and stock rotation
- Maintain bar cleaning and WHS procedures
- Monitor staff working hours with trade levels and liaise with the Duty Managers
- Supervise staff and monitoring performance and skill level
- Delivering a high standard of service to members and guests
- Providing bar service and table clearing services to guests
- Handling all cash transactions associated with food, beverage and any other services to guests in an efficient manner, ensuring the security of cash and the privacy of member details at all times
- Current QLD RSA Certificate
- Current QLD RSG Certificate
- TAB Certificate & Experience
- Previous leadership/supervisor experience in a bar
- Strong understanding and knowledge of bar products
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays
