From email journeys to loyalty love notes, your work is all about deepening relationships and building loyalty that lasts a lifetime.Reporting to our Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Digital, Creative, Trade & Retail teams, gaining full exposure to the heartbeat of the customer experience. You’ll have the opportunity to co-own major CRM & Loyalty initiatives, from campaign ideation to reporting and refinement - bringing bold ideas to life while learning from the best.Your mission, honey?
To champion the customer lifecycle, amplify loyalty, and turn everyday interactions into brand moments that ignite.A day in the life of our Assistant CRM & Loyalty Manager looks like.. * Building and scheduling drool-worthy email campaigns that speak directly to our Honeys’ hearts (and inboxes).

Crunching CRM data to uncover juicy insights - who clicked, who converted, and who needs a little more love.
Segmenting our database like a pro, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at just the right moment.
Brainstorming loyalty surprises and delight moments that make our Honeys feel like VIPs (because they are).
Collaborating with the Creative team to brief in assets that bring our campaigns to life with flair, fashion, and HB attitude.
Working closely with eComm & Trade to align CRM comms with product drops and promos
Tracking performance, compiling campaign reports, and sharing your findings like the data king or queen you are.
Monitoring loyalty program performance and suggesting optimisations that drive engagement and spend.
Keeping your finger on the pulse of the customer journey - finding gaps, testing ideas, and making magic happen.
Planning your next move to turn browsers into die-hard brand lovers.

Your Sweet Spots (About You)Essentials you’ll bring to the boudoir:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field—basically, you know your stuff.
Hands-on experience in CRM, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle magic—bonus points if it’s in fashion retail.
A love affair with data: you’re fluent in CRM/ESP platforms (like Klaviyo, Salesforce, or HubSpot) and confident with tools like Excel or Tableau.
You’ve mastered the art of project management—organised, results-driven, and always one step ahead.
A proven track record in email marketing and campaign management across multiple channels—we love an omni-channel guru

Some 'nice to haves' (but we won't ghost you if you come close!):

A solid understanding of data privacy regs (GDPR, CCPA)—you play by the rules, but still bring the flair.
A passion for fashion and a finger on the pulse of what’s hot in retail—you just get our customer.
