• Manage the end-to-end record-to-report process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and provide financial insights.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in audits by preparing relevant documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the R2R function.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members within the accounting and finance department.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA or CPA qualification (or working towards certification).
• Proven experience in record-to-report processes within the accounting and finance field.
• Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across all levels.
