- Provide professional and timely support to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist with order processing, inventory, tracking, and resolving delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues and deliveries.
- Deliver product and service information to customers clearly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
- A number of years experience in customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- SAP experience.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Permanent resident or Australian Citizen.
