• Provide professional and timely support to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with order processing, inventory, tracking, and resolving delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases as required.

• A number of years experience in customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• SAP experience.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Permanent resident or Australian Citizen.
