Additional Information:
  • These roles are Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/ fortnight
  • The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Team Leader

  • This role requires availability to work Monday to Sunday 5pm to 11am (Overnight)
  • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).
  • As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates.
  • Previous forklift driving experience and a valid forklift licence will be highly regarded
Team vision ( title) About this work areaTeam vision (text) • Supporting operations at the External Warehouse (Canning Vale) and the main store (Innaloo) by managing daily operations, including container receivals, unloads, internal site replenishment, and external replenishment for the store.
  • Managing daily activities, rostering, breaks, and achieving KPIs for the Fulfilment Operations team.
  • Ensuring efficient warehouse systems for stock allocation, inventory control, and conducting investigations related to inventory discrepancies.
  • Leading recruitment, retention, and development of team talents to ensure a high-performing, diverse team.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct and local regulations.
  • Continuously improving daily operations to enhance customer shopping experience through product quality, merchandising, and stock accuracy.
  • Promoting quality awareness, implementing local business plans/projects, and analysing workload to achieve operational excellence.
