About the RoleWe are building a talent pool of experienced SAP Technical Project and Program Managers for upcoming enterprise-scale initiatives within the public sector. These projects require seasoned leaders who can deliver complex SAP programs with technical oversight, strong governance, and effective stakeholder engagement.This is a proactive sourcing effort for anticipated roles within a large transformation program, offering long-term engagement and high-impact work.Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programs or technical project streams, from planning to implementation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and government representatives to ensure program objectives are met.
Manage technical workstreams including integrations, infrastructure, data migration, and system readiness.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, delivery schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
Report on progress to senior stakeholders and provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Navigate public sector policies, compliance standards, and delivery expectations.

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For

8–10+ years of experience delivering large-scale SAP projects or programs.
Proven experience in complex delivery environments, ideally within the public sector.
Background in consulting or advisory roles, with structured delivery approaches and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and data migration.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
Current Baseline or NV1 security clearance (mandatory).
Familiarity with both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
