- Assist in the coordination and execution of webinars and virtual events using platforms like On24.
- Support logistics for in-person events including venue booking, catering, AV coordination, and merchandise.
- Manage event registration lists and attendee communications.
- Help prepare event materials such as name tags, signage, and presentation decks.
- Support in pre-event briefings with key stakeholders pre-events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of timely marketing materials.
- Assist in maintaining the marketing calendar and schedules.
- Upload and manage leads into CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Support email marketing campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce.
- Assist in social media scheduling and content creation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Track and report on event attendance and engagement metrics.
- Maintain marketing event calendars.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and internal processes.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Experience with webinar platforms (On24 or GoToWebinar).
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Basic design or copywriting skills for social media and email.
- Experience in event management platforms, such as Cvent.
