
Airline Chefs

- $33.00-39.00 per hour
- Temporary
- Full-time
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM start
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM start
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food based on client specifications
- Maintain and adhere to HACCP and OHS policies and standards.
- Work under tight time constraints to meet KPIs and customer demands
- Manage food production, including stock levels and quantities
- Conduct quality control checks throughout production
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Catering Assistants
- Recent experience in a food manufacturing or high-volume kitchen environment
- A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Flexibility to work both day and afternoon shifts
- Availability for on-call shifts or overtime as required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Full working rights and availability in Australia
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative
- A passion for food and customer satisfaction
