- Creating the Excitation’s sales plans for the area, in coordination with the sales organization and teams.
- Identifying business opportunities and potentials, supporting the local unit in market penetration and ensuring the targets are achieved.
- Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.
- Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.
- Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.
- You are highly skilled in sales and marketing of solutions and services across energy, power generation, utilities, and other segments in the market.
- Ability to demonstrate your knowledge and experience and existing network in the market.
- Experience in sales and business development of excitation systems is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred but not a must.
- You are at ease in communicating in English and is a good negotiator.
- Willingness to travel around 50% of time across the country.
